CPAS is dedicated to helping churches spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Our Leadership Development team seeks to increase confidence in the faithfulness of Christ and nurture courage in the gospel so that Christian leaders can be bringers of HOPE!
We’re seeking a passionate colleague to join our dynamic team to facilitate the development of Christian leaders to be faithful to their calling, fruitful in their work and to flourish in their ministry.
Key responsibilities will include delivering engaging training events both online and onsite, developing impactful resources, networking with church and diocesan leaders, and project managing exciting new initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a credible leader who can demonstrate expertise and humbly learn from others, who is Christ-like and grace-filled with a passion for the local church, and who enjoys working collaboratively within a team. Salaried at £47K-50K per annum. The role is full time.
Due to the nature of the role there is an Occupational Requirement that the postholder is a committed Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010, an active member of a local church, and in agreement with the CPAS Basis of Faith.
This post will be subject to a Basic DBS check, and satisfactory completion of a Declaration of Suitability form. You must also have evidence of your right to work in the UK.
