Interim Vicar for the Lenborough Benefice, near Buckingham

The Lord Chancellor and PCCs seek to appoint an interim vicar (initially for 3 years).
 

Do you enjoy a challenge?  Lenborough Benefice, in the beautiful countryside of North Buckinghamshire near Buckingham, is ready to welcome you.  Each of its four churches is well maintained with its own historic character, dating back to Medieval and Georgian times.  They have supportive and encouraging communities, enjoying a pattern of worship that encompasses modern, traditional, said, sung & all-age worship. After a long period without an incumbent, everybody is looking forward to having a leader again.  

The Interim Vicar we seek will:

· enjoy preaching &  teaching in a variety of styles

· draw energy from taking an active part in engaging with local communities and schools

· prayerfully help us to develop our vision & grow congregations

· encourage volunteers to work with you across the Benefice in developing lay leadership  

· engage with & offer pastoral support to all

· commit to the Diocesan vision
