Are you committed, pastoral, adaptable, sensitive and do you have a heart for people? If so, are you ready to make a difference in the vibrant community of Dover? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Team Rector to lead our diverse and welcoming parishes.

About Us:
The Dover Town Team Ministry, established in 2014, serves the Town and Port of Dover. We are a team of four unique parishes, each with its own identity, working together to share the Good News of Jesus. Our team is committed to creating a supportive foundation and working collaboratively to support the flourishing of God's kingdom through our congregations, schools, and outreach.

The Role:
As the Team Rector, you will:
  • Provide leadership and pastoral support to our traditional, choral congregation at St Mary's.
  • Work alongside two full-time Team Vicars, each focusing on different parishes.
  • Encourage and support the flourishing of our congregations, schools, and outreach initiatives.
  • Be a beacon of hope in the community, shining your light with ours.
What We Offer:
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Opportunities to work with a range of traditions and styles of worship.
  • A chance to make a real impact in the community of Dover.
  • A welcoming and inclusive congregation.
Could It Be You?
We are looking for an experienced priest who is committed to ministry in a coastal town and port. Someone who values and rejoices in the diversity of liturgical traditions across our team parishes. A leader who is skilled at exercising oversight, pastoral and developmental leadership, and who can create opportunities for mission and build on established partnerships.
Join us in making a difference in Dover. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
