Introduction

Two parishes situated in the Deanery of Storrington
The Bishop of Chichester seeks to appoint a priest in charge for these two parishes who will offer a dynamic evangelistic, pastoral and liturgical ministry, as we seek to know, love and follow Jesus. 
 
We are praying for a priest who will:
• hear God’s call to contemporary rural life and ministry
 • be a visionary and missional leader for our two churches
• strengthen and develop our liturgical life as well as our creative and informal styles of 
   worship
 • bring experience of leading church growth, both numerically and spiritually, and be gifted 
   in discipling people of all ages 
 • be a gifted pastor, communicator and preacher
• lead us in developing our evangelistic outreach and pastoral care 
• be a collaborative leader, nurturing and growing lay ministries 
 • be proactive in sharing in and strengthening the wider life and ministry of our Deanery
