Mortlake with East Sheen Team Ministry

The Bishop of Southwark and the Team Rector of the Mortlake Team Ministry are excited to advertise the post of Team Vicar with special responsibility for the historic church of St Mary the Virgin, Mortlake. 

This role would suit an enthusiastic priest, energised by working in a team and focused on creative mission, and who is

• a pastor who will love, pray for and nurture the church community
• eager to reach new generations, growing the congregation and developing a sense of presence in the local community
• able to develop a pattern worship which connects with those on the edge of church
• energetic, outward looking, and able to engage effectively with local communities in Mortlake, building partnerships 
• able to work with the congregation in developing vision and making it a reality
