Introduction
We are offering an exciting opportunity to lead the Ministry Team in a single parish placed between the Lincolnshire Wolds and the Blue-Flag coast, consisting of five active churches and six festival churches. We function as a United Benefice with a single PCC and are invested in working collaboratively across our Local Mission Partnership and the wider Deanery Partnership where you will be supported by an active Ministry Team.
We prayerfully seek a priest who
- is a Bible-based preacher & teacher, at ease with traditional and contemporary worship styles;
- relates well to people of all ages, especially young people and families and can encourage our existing all age worship;
- has a heart for pastoral care and is able to laugh with us;
- is open to to the leading of the Holy Spirit and able to discern what is good and lead change where necessary.
