We are praying for a priest who will:

  • bring experience of leading church growth, both numerically and spiritually, and be gifted in discipling people of all ages
  • be a gifted pastor, communicator and preacher
  • lead us in developing our evangelistic outreach and pastoral care
  • support and develop our musical life and offering
  • be a collaborative leader, nurturing and growing lay ministries
  • be proactive in sharing in and strengthening the wider life and ministry of our Deanery
We offer:
  • generous and hospitable church families with a keenness to reach out in love and service to the wider community
  • openness to new leadership
  • a desire to reach out in love and service to our growing communities
  • much loved and well cared for churches
  • A collaborative Deanery within the Diocese of Chichester, where our vision is ‘to know, love and follow Jesus.’
