  • TRANSFORMING for God through mission, service and justice

We are looking for a Rector who

  • is open to, and moving in The Holy Spirit
  • has good interpersonal skills
  • will help develop our team model, building on the best of the past and present
  • can lead decisively, can manage change well, and is sensitive to church culture
  • can lead us strategically and pastorally to be Jesus-focussed but outward facing
  • will inspire and encourage us to step out of our comfort zones
  • can nurture an intergenerational church culture with a heart for all ages
  • will champion outreach, social justice, and mission locally and globally
  • is authentic, prayerful, humble, relational, trustworthy, wise and discerning
  • will bring their own gifts, ministry, personality and passions
