Introduction
The Bishop of Oxford is seeking a new Vicar for Holy Trinity, Headington Quarry, a single-church benefice in the East of Oxford, with a liberal catholic tradition. Our vision is to be ‘an open door between heaven and earth, showing God’s love to all’. We are a family-friendly and inclusive eco-church.
We are looking for a vicar who is:

- Willing to encourage the many talents in the congregation
- An inspirational preacher with excellent liturgical skills
- Committed to pastoral care in the community for both young and old
- A people person with excellent communication and team working skills
We offer:
- A vibrant, inclusive seeking to follow Christ
- A variety of services from Holy Communion and Choral Evensong to Taize
- A recently extended and refurbished building with a new meeting space and kitchen
- Strong support from an excellent lay and ordained ministry team and PCC, as well as a paid administrator and an extensive group of volunteers
- A large, modern, 4 bedroom house with study and garden adjacent to the church
