Residentiary Canon and Treasurer
The Bishop of Salisbury invites applications for the post of Residentiary Canon and Treasurer of Salisbury Cathedral.
The Treasurer cares for the historic fabric of the Cathedral and Close, takes the lead on the Chapter’s environmental priorities and visual arts programme, and shares in the Cathedral’s mission of worship, prayer and preaching.
Ambitious projects and new programmes make this an exciting time to join a community which advocates liberty, encourages creativity, and seeks the eternity revealed in Jesus Christ. The person appointed will be a faithful priest who believes themselves called to Cathedral ministry, and a reliable colleague who values working with, managing, and leading skilled teams.
Expressions of interest are requested by 9am on Tuesday 6th May 2025.
Selection meetings will be held on the 15th May 2025 and the interview date will be on the 10th June 2025.
